Trinity is an absolutely wonderful little shepherd/retriever mix girl! She is probably around a year old and she had a beautiful litter of puppies on Jan 2. She had been surrendered to our local animal shelter in December and gave birth to her puppies in the shelter. We were lucky enough to be able to get her and her puppies to our rescue on Jan 3.
She is now back to her healthy weight - around 50 pounds. Trinity is as sweet as she is beautiful. Her silky blonde coat has amazing sparking highlight. She also has wonderful house manners and is housebroken.
Trinity is a very affectionate pup and she loves to be close to her people. She is a snack food junkie, too, so people with snacks are her favorites! Her worst vice (so far) is that she will raid a trash can if given the opportunity. Trinity has wonderful social skills with people and other animals! She plays well with other dogs, and she is good with children and adults and cats.
Trinity knows ‘sit’ and walks on leash. Taking her to a positive-reinforcement obedience class would be a wonderful bonding experience and would make her very happy. She is a very smart girl.
Trinity has been spayed and updated on her shots. Now she is ready to find a great forever family of her very own! She is very laid back for such a young pup, and she would love to have a fenced yard so she has a safe place to explore and play with her new family. Even though she is very calm, she needs to get adequate exercise daily to stay healthy and happy.
If you think Trinity might be the perfect girl for you, please go to www.allamericanmuttrescue.org, click on Forms/Application and complete your adoption application online.
When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Trinity picks you too. If it seems like the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed. Please feel free to email weluvpups@hotmail.com or call 434 841 0411 or 540 297 1590 if you have additional questions.
