Have you ever seen anything cuter than little Miss Lemony Pepper Ann?  She is an 18-pound, pure bred lemon beagle and she was born mid-March, 2009.

Pepper is a typical little beagle girl - super energetic, playful, very outgoing, loves everyone she meets, typical curious puppy AND very hardheaded and stubborn!  She gets along great with other dogs, however she doesn't seem to have any dog manners. She was the only puppy from the litter, and it seems she was taken from her mom way too soon.  So she jumps on and paws the other family dogs and she will lie on them. They tolerate her to a point, but then they get mad and growl and snap at her, so she will usually howl in protest and move on to something else. She currently lives with 3 cats and will usually leave them alone, but once her puppy brain kicks in she will go and try to sniff them or chase them.   She is good with older kids, but her energy level might be too much for a toddler.

Pepper is a pretty smart little girl.  She already knows sit and down (when she wants to) and she is about 80% housetrained – which is great at 4 months.  She is crate-trained although she really prefers being with her people.

Pepper will be spayed and updated on all vaccinations before adoption.

When your application is approved, we will contact you to schedule a meet-and-greet.  If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
