Meet Henry! Henry found is current foster family in Goode several weeks ago and he has certainly worked his way into their hearts and into their home. He is a young adult German short-haired pointer, probably a purebred. He is large, 60+ pounds, white with large brown patches, long floppy ears, his teeth are in good shape, and he is neutered. As you can see, he is a very handsome fella!
Henry has a wonderful temperament - Very friendly, loyal, affectionate, and resourceful, no aggression to people, other dogs or cats. In fact, he shares his crate with the cat! He is doing well with crate training and is used to sleeping in his crate every night.
All in all he seems to be a well-adjusted dog. Only negative quality: he does not know commands and has terrible indoors manners: pulling food off the counter, grabbing clothes out of the laundry basket and jumping from sofa to sofa.
