Hi – my name is Precious … and a lot of people who meet me say I really am.  I’m a little 12 pound puggle girl and I was born April 20, 2013.  I have the cute curly pug tail and the smushy puggle face.  My underbite gets a lot of attention too … some say I need ‘braces’ … whatever they are. My foster mom just kisses all over my face and says it’s soooo sweet.  She’s a little goofy.

Foster mom says puggles are pretty smart pups because I almost never have accidents in my crate or in the house.  I don’t like to be in a messy place so I try my best to make sure I get outside to potty.  I love to be held and snuggled, and I walk very nicely on a leash, even with all my puppy wiggles and giggles.  I enjoy going for walks with a person who loves me.  Sometimes I get goofy and have a case of the zoomies when I’m on my leash, but I calm right down when I’m asked.  I would really love to have a home with a big fenced yard so I can run off some of my puppy energy and be 100% safe.  I’m too little to know where not to go if I’m not protected!  Sometimes I even like to go for rides with my people.  I’m still learning about cars.

Know what else I think might be fun?  Going to puppy school and learning some great new things with my new special person.  I think I’m smart enough to do really well and make you proud!  And puppy school might be really fun because I might make some new doggy friends.  I do pretty well with other dogs and even with kitties.  Sometimes the cats get annoyed with me when I try to chase them, but I really just want to play.

And here’s something else really good about me … I’m all up-to-date on all my vet care including shots, being spayed and being microchipped.  I’m ready to go home with the perfect family who will love me forever!

My adoption fee is $175 and I think that’s a bargain considering what a gem I am … a Precious gem.  And that goofy foster mom who loves me so much says I come with papers … Adoption Papers!

When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet and home visit to see if Precious picks you too.
