Other important things you need to know about Tori:
This sweet girl was in a public pound, but she came out ready to snuggle and love and just be happy. She was very sick with a bad tummy virus, but she’s a trooper and she came through with flying colors. She is absolutely joyful and very smart. She learns quickly what is expected of her, but she has a sense of humor and will try to push the boundaries … just to see if she can. She is still very much a puppy and if we’re guessing the breed mix of boxer/lab correctly, she will probably be showing these puppy-like goofy qualities for quite a while!
Tori loves attention and she would love to have a family with lots of time for her. She would do great in an obedience class and would probably love taking on an agility class. She responds well to positive reinforcement … loves praise and treats. She is very intimidated by raised voices.
If you think Tori might be the perfect pup for you, please go to www.allamericanmuttrescue.org, click on Forms/Application and complete your adoption application online.
We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits. You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references. Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process. We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.
When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Tori picks you too.
If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
